The company focuses its business on the transformation of ferrous and non-ferrous materials, mainly from strip, on medium and large series.

DESIGN
The design of the equipment is studied and set up with a careful control of the production/mold cost ratio. The production quantities determine the methods of execution of the equipment (progressive, multi-cavity or block molds). In advance, prototypes/samples of the parts to be made can be carried out.
PROCESSING
The machine park allows various types of production in terms of quality, thickness and quantity. The production batches are performed on small, medium and large series.
Interchangeable equipment allows the realization of the same article in different dimensions. To complete the processing, the pieces produced can be assembled with equipment, also using other components supplied by the customer. Various surface treatments are carried out at external suppliers such as galvanizing, polishing, painting, nickel plating... In other cases the materials are already processed with PVC protection.
CUSTOMIZATIONS
The final stage of processing includes, upon request, the personalization of the packaging: packaging and labels printed with the customer's logo and / or bar code, palletising with specific quantities for each item.
LARGE MACHINERY PARK
The machine park, from 7 to 315 T, allows various types of production for semi-finished and finished products.
The collaboration of highly qualified personnel allows us to satisfy any type of processing required, both on a sample and a drawing basis.
