The company focuses its business on the transformation of ferrous and non-ferrous materials, mainly from strip, on medium and large series.

Design

Each product is born from a careful design phase, designed to meet the specific aesthetic and functional needs of the outdoor furniture sector. Mat studies tailor-made solutions by evaluating the optimal relationship between quality, functionality and design from the beginning.
Depending on the production volumes required, the most suitable tools are chosen, such as progressive, multi-impression or block molds, to guarantee efficiency and precision.
During this phase it is possible to create prototypes and samples, so as to verify materials, finishes and performance before final production.

Processing

The versatility of Mat's machinery allows the production of garden furniture components in a wide variety of thicknesses, shapes and sizes, with small, medium or large batches.
Thanks to interchangeable molds, it is possible to produce similar items in dimensional variants, responding to different design needs.
The processes include assembly and finishing phases. The surfaces are treated with galvanizing, painting or polishing, ensuring protection and durability even in outdoor environments.

Each element of the Garden line can be completely customized to meet the specific needs of the customer.
From the design of the geometries to the definition of the final details, Mat supports the customer at every stage, offering tailor-made solutions in terms of dimensions, materials, finishes and accessories. Thanks to a flexible production organization and a wide range of available processes, it is possible to develop unique items both in terms of design and functionality.
Even the packaging is taken care of down to the smallest details: customized packaging with labels, barcodes and company logos, packaging calibrated to logistical needs and quantities optimized for distribution.

LARGE MACHINERY PARK

The machine park, from 7 to 315 T, allows various types of production for semi-finished and finished products.
The collaboration of highly qualified personnel allows us to satisfy any type of processing required, both on a sample and a drawing basis.
